Black Ink Works Limited provides appointment booking and administrative services, including scheduling, customer communication, and coordination with independent artists operating in various locations.
How the Booking Process Works

The booking and administration fee secures your appointment request and covers scheduling, coordination, and administrative support. Artistic services are provided separately by independent artists.

Important
To confirm your appointment a US$100 booking fee is required. The booking and administration fee is charged for appointment coordination and related administrative services provided by Black Ink Works Limited.
Artistic services are provided separately by the artist or studio. US$100 will be credited against the final price by the tattoo artist at the time of service.
Booking Terms & Conditions

An upfront booking and administration fee is required to secure an appointment. This fee is charged for booking coordination, scheduling, and administrative services provided by Black Ink Works Limited.

Black Ink Works Limited provides booking and administrative services only. Tattoo services are provided separately by the tattoo artist or studio.

The booking and administration fee is retained by Black Ink Works Limited as consideration for services rendered. The tattoo artist will credit US$100 against the final tattoo price at the time the tattoo service is provided.

Requests to reschedule an appointment must be made with reasonable notice. Rescheduling is subject to artist availability and may require an additional booking fee. -
The booking and administration fee is non-refundable once booking coordination and scheduling services have commenced, except where required by applicable law.

All tattoo services are provided by independent tattoo artists or studios. Black Ink Works Limited is not responsible for the provision, quality, or outcome of tattoo services.
